Thank you! thank you! thank you! I have used Smart Move Evictions (Rhonda) services twice now and they have been beyond helpful and supportive. I was having issues with my landlords, claiming to have served me an Unlawful Detainer, which they hadn't physically served me. They claimed to have not received my rent checks, when in fact they had. My first notice that anything was wrong was receiving a notice to vacate in the mail and was in total shock. I instantly reached out to Smart Move Evictions, and within the day they were able to get me a court date and provide me with all the paperwork necessary as well as advice and support with proceeding forward. The second occurrence was very similar, and I was able to get a court date and stop a lockout days before it was supposed to take place. I cannot thank Smart Move Evictions enough for helping my family and I. I highly recommend them for any type of assistance you seek out. They are quick, easy to communicate with and beyond helpful. I was completely at a loss when it came to anything having to do with tenants rights or evictions, and I was given all of the information and support I needed to have a sound outcome.
