Absolutely worst customer service, lack of respect and representation I've ever had from a car dealership. My girlfriend was disrespected over the phone by the General Manager. Flew all the way down from Minnesota to buy an over priced truck in which was listed at 54k at one time but bumped it up to 57k when asked about it. Wouldn't honor the price. Still came anyway. Truck was a wreck on the inside. Salesman's excuse was \he must not have looked at it that close\. Got our down payment back and left. By left I mean left us walking down the road on our feet with our luggage in hand. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Vance in Perry, OK. Aren Porec was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, respectful, wasn't pushy, authentic and extremely helpful. We had our two young boys with us and he helped us transfer the car seats to get into the vehicle for a test drive. Aren, treated us very well. Once we went inside a couple of the other employees, I didn't catch their names, helped us with our young ones and showed us to the play area. My wife and boys were in the play area while I spoke with Rick Sanders about purchasing the vehicle. Rick was very helpful in helping us figure out the best solution for us. I know they are in the business of selling cars and have to do hit certain numbers etc. but they truly worked with every scenario I threw at them to make sure we were all on the same page as to what was possible. Shout out to Aren, Rick and the ladies that helped out with our boys. Thank you.
John always does a top notch job on my vehicle. From experience with other places I've had to question if they actually took the time and did everything correctly. I never feel that way when I know John McClure has worked on my vehicle!! Thank you to him and the rest of your staff !
Very good customer service! Guy was very helpful with finding the car that fit all the wants that I had. I would recommend coming here and asking for him. 2 days later update: We found a car at a separate dealership for a better deal when this dealership hadn't got the car we wanted in yet. We ended up taking the better deal at the other dealership and then after we told this dealership we were no longer interested in their services, they displayed bad customer service by spam calling and talking on the phone with a rude tone.
The service department at this place is awesome. I had car trouble in Perry picking up my nephew for the holidays and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments and get my car completely taken care of. Great customer service!
