This company does great work. You have to follow all directions that they give you of you truly want your credit to improve. People have to understand that they play the biggest part in their own credit repair. If your not going to follow directions and take it seriously I'd advise to use a different service. Credit is not magic it takes time and won't repair itself over night.

I paid for a full credit repair 1020 may 25th 2020 and it’s now August and I really haven’t seen any changes to my credit so I called Vance Monday August 17th 2020 in regards to my credit repair he got very upset that I was calling to check the status of my credit repair since I had paid him in full he started cursing me out and he hung up in my face. The service was so bad I decided to do a review about his business on his business Facebook page Vance the credit doctor doctor in retaliation he post sensitive information from my credit report publicly under my review for everyone to see I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this man I’m terrified of what else he will do with my information since he knows my address, card information and social do not trust him with your personal information

His positive reviews are his associates and friends, buyers beware! If i could leave 0 stars I would. He is very unprofessional and rude. I canceled services that were month to month in October. I received an email stating my balance would be sent to collections. I asked multiple times what was the cost due to this being a month to month service and received no response. I tried to handle everything professionally but he kept my card info and continued to try to debt my bank(luckily I had my card locked.) He is still trying to take money in March. Other people have spoke about his bad business practices on Facebook. From what they have stated, he will try to sue you if you cancel services with him even though it is month to month.

Gentlemen in silver BMW SUV with this business decal cut off two cars in front of me and continued driving very slowly and brake checking vehicle in front of me. As the line of cars finally passed him, he was laughing uncontrollably. Very unprofessional and a danger to others on the road.
