This was a very frustrating experience. The price was comparable to other online flooring outlets but they offered faster shipping (7 - 10 business days), which was the main reason I chose them. In the end, after shipping errors on their end and much back and forth, the flooring was delivered on business day 16, which put my tightly scheduled project in jeopardy and ended up costing me significantly more money to get done. I would not recommend FloorCity if you need reliable/timely shipping.

Very pleased with my purchase and the outstanding customer service. I ordered via phone and had my Armstrong vinyl delivered to Yakima. I called to check the status of my order, Tyler helped me with a date and then told me he would follow up the next week. To my pleasant surprise I received an email exactly when he said he would. I couldn't hardly believe he followed up, he obviously cares about the customer. I would without hesitation recommend Floor City for price and customer service.

I ordered a sheet of Vinyl Flooring 12'x17'. I paid for that size and they shipped me a 12'x13'. I needed the flooring by a certain date. After talking with manager he guaranteed me the correct size in 7 days from our conversation. Just found out it's going to be another 5 days. This is now 2 delays on a project that should of been done already. Would not recommend this company to anyone. To add more to the story now today 5 days later I recieved an email from Floor City stating that this material is false and does does not exist after 3 weeks of dealing with pure BS. Please save your self the headache and shop somewhere else. There a scam.

I have made many purchases from these folks. They are well informed on current trends and the products they sell. Many times they have found materials for me that no one else had. I usually deal with Matt but all of the staff is great. I can’t think of a better place to get my flooring from. They are family owned and operated and really seem to care about the customer experience.
