This place is amazing. I got a copy of Super Smash Bros Melee and at first it did not work but I went back and they used a machine to fix it for free! Now it looks like a brand new game P.S if you get anything from here ask them to run it through the machine it's worth however much.

I wanted to surprise my son for his 30th Birthday with his favorite system from his childhood, Nintendo 64. I called and explained what I was looking for, including some games. The gal I spoke with was so sweet. I went in an hour later to pick up. First of all I felt like I took a time machine...felt wonderful and nostalgic inside! Jamie the lovely manager with long red hair, had cleaned the system thoroughly...everything was in excellent condition and I feel fair pricing. My son was delighted! He had a little glitch...went over to get help...once again Jamie was there to get everything taken care of promptly and kindly. Great place, and wonderful service, we will be regular customers from here on.
Great place for vintage video games, consoles and movies. Very nice owner/employee, reasonable pricing too. Thanks again!
I manage the store and just wanted to acknowledge that some days aren't always easy breezy, and just like most people, i have bad days. I would like to personally apologize to adam for not giving my best customer service. It was very unprofessional of me to let my personal life interfere with my job. I can assure you i was not annoyed by you, was just letting life get the best of me. Again i am truly sorry, and if you do ever decide to return, i would love to offer you a 20% discount on any used game/movie.
Prices are competitive with online stores if not better and the staff (Joy) was stupendously awesome and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. (Wish they had a social media presence or their e-bay profile/listing on their website?)

I went in tonight wanting to rent a movie. Man, i remember how great it was to rent movies. So I was hopeful. This is my second time here. The first time was just checking it out and seeing their retro game selection. Modest selection but I felt a very unwelcome air. Like I was an annoyance by just being there. Oh well, whatever. Back to tonight. I walk in and ask the lady behind the counter if we really can rent movies (this IS 2019 after all and you cant fo that any more). She looked at me annoyed and said, "you can only rent those movies and no new releases." She was pointing at 3/4 of the movies. So basically the answer was yes. I then asked how it worked. "Well you have to have a membership." Annoyed again. I inquired how I could get a membership. She pulled out a sheet for me to fill out, not handing it to me but setting it around the corner on the counter. "Oh, and you need a Washington ID" I didnt have my ID on me. I wont waste my time in this store and recommend you dont either. The customer service was garbage. I would think they wanted me to give them business. But all my questions were answered with obstacles.
It’s almost the perfect game store, just needs a website online so I can shop this store online. Otherwise great store :)
