I've been coming here for almost 2 years now. The walk-in store makes shopping easy (no shipping cost), and the website search is useful with finding the location of items in the store. The prices are good, most of the items I need are in stock, and they honor the NO SALES TAX for Oregon residents. They'll let you look at the tanks they have in their warehouse if you're interested in examining one. They had an employee pumpkin carving contest today apparently... I like the one with the hands coming out (3rd from left).

Very very unhelpful/unknowledgeable customer service. The person I spoke with sounded high or half asleep, and had no interest in helping me find the correct gaskets I needed. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
