I've been going to this location for both personal and professional transactions for over 20 plus years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I've never had an error, mistake or mishap as the ladies there take special care to review all documents prior to starting and completing transactions. There have been times when my docs weren't complete or incorrect and I appreciated the staff's clarification. I would suggest any customer call prior to arriving to make sure their documents are correct and that they understand the rules of licensing, buying or selling or transferring vehicles and watercraft. Dealers and private party's don't always give correct information and docs.
Just got off the phone with Denise, she was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. very impressed.
The employee was extremely rude and short tempered. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. After MANY transactions at this location including 2 already this month, i will likely never return to this business.
