DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had to get my iud removed. They did not tell me a couple of days later I would be heavy bleeding. I have been very heavy bleeding for over one week now and I feel very weak. It doesn’t matter what I use, tampon and pad, the blood is so heavy it goes through everything and my clothes. I just looked it up on google and it said the heavy bleeding could last 3 to 6 months after iud removal. I’m getting married in a couple of weeks and I don’t know what to do. I would’ve put off the iud removal if I would have known it would be so bad. I am so weak. I can’t go to work or do any normal activities because I am bleeding so heavy.

What an awful experience. I am here for a scheduled routine Depo shot. They called me and told me to come to the door to be let in and they let someone else in instead. I waited for 20 minutes outside before pressing the intercom...they forgot about me. Then after more waiting when I was called back, they had the wrong Alex and I had to return to the lobby. I am still waiting. A scheduled depo shot should take less than 5 minutes not an hour. How ridiculous.

The staff was not helpful or very friendly. They did not seem interested in making me feel comfortable. They also wanted to charge me an outrageous amount just to be seen, when my annual income is less than 5000. I had to leave since I could not afford the bill, and the woman upfront’s only advice was to get state insurance. I will not be going back to this clinic and will strongly recommend that anyone and everyone goes somewhere else.

Ive encountered plenty of friendly and compassionate staff here, it is very easy to make an appointment online and very easy to get contraceptives or a simple pregnancy test. BUT. Time in the clinic is minimum 2 hours and 80% of it is sitting in the room wondering what is going on. My last visit had to be my worst, i went in for an annual exam and ended up having some symptoms i wanted to discuss and the doctor totally made me feel unimportant and very short in her responses. She told me she doesnt know whats going on so its up to me if i want an exam. I told her i did want one and she seemed as if it was so much more work for her. She didnt explain anything very well and had an attitude the whole time. I will not be going back for anything other than birth control.
