Casey was by far the most helpful and sweetest person ever. I'm sure I didn't spell that right but I hope so. But anyways, with everything this family is going through she went way out of her way to be extra great. That's the only word I can think of. Everything we've tried to accomplish has been giant hurdles, worse than climbing the Grand canyon oh, and Casey was an absolute delight. She was truly a blessing and I feel that more companies should have phone representatives and people like her to work for them. Casey I just want to personally say thank you from the bottom of my heart and from the family

I'm a healthcare professional. I wanted to talk with someone at the health department to find out whether there were needs for help with COVID-19 contact tracing. I called during business hours. When I selected the prompt to talk with an RN (#7), it rang many times with no answer, then just hung up. No opportunity to leave information for a call back. I tried this about six times without success. Finally, I called again and hit another prompt number that had nothing to do with why I was calling, just hoping to talk with a human being. The woman who answered the phone only offered to transfer the call to the nurse; she would not provide a direct dial number. If this is the caliber of \service\ that this public service agency provides, it's shameful (even when you factor in staffing/workload concerns related to COVID). I have great sympathy for all essential workers, as I, too, am considered one. But I could not do my job and still remain employed if I performed it as poorly as this experience suggests of the Health Department. Truly sad.

It takes all day just to reach someone in the TB clinic. I called 20x and no answers at all last week. Even left a message and NO call back.
