My husband and I had the most wonderful time! Solomon's Den is not only beautiful, but the atmosphere was just amazing. From the beautiful interior of the cabin, the gorgeous outside scenery, and the amazing state parks nearby! You're completely of the grid (no internet or reception) at the cabin which we loved because we were wanting a peaceful getaway to enjoy the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back! I wouldn't change a thing about th cabin, it was all perfectly set up. Thanks again for such a memorable getaway!

We just stayed there this past weekend. Completely off the grid connectivity-wise, these clean and comfy cabins in the heart of the Texas Hill Country are literally steps from the base of the most twisty and hilly part of FM 337, popularly known as one of the 'three twister sisters' - roads that are popular with drivers and bikers. The hiking and views are just stunning - and literally steps away. Bravo!
Amazing stay at the villa on the vineyard! Because we were the only ones on the property, it was extremely peaceful and serene. The house itself was extremely comfortable and welcoming, and we didn't have any issues finding the place. Upon leaving we accidentally left something on the property, and the staff was great in helping it get back to us. We had a wonderful mini trip!
Wonderful stay near the vineyard. Extremely quiet and private. Very well equipped and good internet. Would love to stay here again.
Beautiful, unique accomodation in a wild setting. We had a lovely room with all sorts of nice little touches to it. A good selection of DVDs to watch from the comfort of the hot tub. An enormous handmade bed with cedarwood antlers as part of the frame! Scenic, winding mountain roads lead up to the lodges, making this ideal for a road trip. We loved it there.
The Treehouse cabin was great, and the surroundings were even better. This place is the embodiment of serenity. It’s nestled in the heart of the hill country; you’re literally surrounded by hills. I can’t recommend the Lodges at Lost Maples enough.
It has been a while since my wife and I visited along with our son. I still remember how perfect and pleasant it was. The accommodations were first class. The owner left a small gift for us and I wish I knew what kind of bed they have because I would love to buy one just like it. I highly recommend this place for couples that want to get away for the weekend to find peace and quiet. Be ready to have conversations as well. There's no internet service at all while you're there. It's perfect.
What a beautiful place. My husband and I booked a one night stay at "The Treehouse". The accommodations were perfect, from the beautiful cabin, to the great bed, coffee and homemade pumpkin bread for breakfast. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed a bonfire while waiting for the stars to come out. And the stars are spectacular. If you are looking to unplug, unwind and enjoy absolute peace, this is the place for you!
