Dr. Insoo Om knows his business. On my old forehead and cheek he dug out two cancerous lesions quickly and expertly with wonderful bedside manner, and waiting time was short and staff generally were efficient though admitting secretary at inwood office might benefit from a course on pleasant customer service interaction .

Every time you go in between 2-4 (even with a scheduled appointment during this time refrain), the staff and doctors take extended lunches that run right through the scheduled appointment and causes SIGNIFICANT delays where there are more than 3 or more people waiting in the reception area to see the dermatologist. Very unprofessional. This has been the case for all 3 of my appointments here.

I went there 2 weeks ago and surprisingly there's no wait at all. (Maybe because I was the last patient.) The MA was nice while she did the assessment for me. I saw Shannen the PA for my hand eczema and sunburn. She's very caring and knowledgeable. She really has a heart for her patients. Thanks to her, my eczema's almost cured, although I do missed seeing her. I would say making appointments in the last hour is better.
