We came in fully expecting to have to visit multiple dealerships to find what we wanted and at the right price. When we told Don Pennetta what we were looking for, he had the make, model, and color ready to test drive in 20 minutes along with a second option that we may like! The low pressure atmosphere along with the courteous and professional team made me realize that we found the right dealership for sure! Even after the paperwork was done with Brandon (who was awesome as well), Don took his time and walked through all of the features of the vehicle, set up the Honda app on my daughter’s phone, and made sure she was completely comfortable with her new vehicle before parting ways. As we were leaving, the Sales Manager, Chris came jogging out of the office just to be sure to thank us for choosing Vann York. What a personal touch! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Vann York Honda but one thing I can say is that we will be back!

I am so pleased to say that I've had such a wonderful experience with Vann York Honda. Chris, Jeremy and Brandon have made this process quick, personable, safe and easy! It was nice to see the way they all worked together to make sure all of my needs were met. I felt like I was the only customers that mattered while I was there. They were all so patient and answered any questions I asked. I will definitely return again. The service department is also very amazing and it doesn't matter who you encounter in the department, all of the representatives will take great care of you. I can't say thank you enough to Chris Thompson for connecting me with such amazing people at Vann York. A special shout out to Jeremy for taking the time to give me a tutorial on my vehicle and being so readily available! To top off this experience, Brandon took his time explaining every document and all of my warranty information. I can go on and on about the little things that made this such a wonderful experience but to sum it all up, it was a job well done just in time for Christmas! Customer service still matters and it still makes a difference!

Steve in Service was super helpful in getting my 91-year old Dad's Honda radio reset and 6 CDs removed from the changer. Dad need this done quickly as he had just sold his car. Awesome service, highly recommended. Once again, thank you, Steve!
