My friend moved here in june and she loves it!!! Apartments come with washer and dryer, patio, new appliances, central heating and air that have smart technology monitoring. Pets welcome!! They even have dog poop bags readily available.

Lived here for 3 years never had an issue until the last year living here. Maintenance has continued to park in our specific parking spot that we pay extra for. People peeking into our garage including onsite staff. New management is unwilling to work with you. Had no warm or hot water for first month of 3rd lease in new unit. Maintenance left water line to fridge unconnected causing our floor on the 2nd floor to flood. When we were given our key to move in they unit was not ready and maintenance was still fixing issues to the apartment from previous tenants on our move in day. Staff did not show up 3 separate times for scheduled maintenance and when tried to call the front office no one ever answers and most staff are rude. Overall this place has gone down significantly in the last 3 years that I have lived here. Would not reccomend to anyone.

I have been apartment hunting and had a very positive experience with Vanoni Ranch Apts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The building and grounds are very well cared for. Definitely at the top of my list.

was just great and then we took a townhouse with attached garage... overflowing garbage all the time , debri all over the yards, the kitchen here is warped and peeling cheap countertop coverings and worst yet RATS IN our house and garage. I believe when CAROL head lady ran a cleaner and more responsive duty to clients. I have a new car and cannot use it due to rats. this after five great years here. It may be time to relocate when our contract expires

Rented a two bedroom Apartment, two garages, and two parking spaces for two years. Service was horrible. Business office was closed and was to be converted into a Yoga Studio. The Gym was for residents but instead was used as a business office for two personnel trainers. So from 5am to 9pm people that did not live there were in the gym. Both treadmills were always broken. Both pools were a mess. Parking was horrible after 3pm. Weekends were the worst. Many Apartments had 5 to six people living in them because of the 2,000 cost per month. Paid to have the Apartment painted prior to move in with accent and was to cover repainting when moving out with contract. Also had wooden floors installed which I paid for. When I moved out was charged for painting and carpet installation. Both were a violation of my contract. Also used the Managements cleaning service for 400.00 at move out. Charged an extra fee of 480.00 on my deposit because Apartment was not clean. Charged 10.00 per mail hole for 240.00 yet I hung no pictures. In all I received 120.00 of my deposit back even though I had contracts for all. Took them to small claims court. They never showed I won. They lost. I never received my refund of deposit. They sold the company which happens yearly. So they claimed it was not their responsibility. This Complex is a shell game.
