Wanted to share what a great experience I had when purchasing my 2018 Honda HR-V! I worked with Jim Young after initially talking to Chad in the online department. I was interested in a late model CR-V or HR-V. I was adamant about getting a totally smoke free car and thought I’d have to crush my budget and buy a new one to achieve that. First Chad actually ran out into the lot to sit in the one I was interested to report back that it did have a slight smoke smell: No go! Then Jim took over when I visited the lot. He was patient and concerned that I would find a vehicle I would be happy in. It took about three weeks with me visiting their website daily and reporting to Jim when I saw something interesting. Finally I saw something that might work. Jim brought me in before it was cleaned or detailed. It was promising. He got the price down to where I was happy and we made the deal! I was especially impressed with how he didn’t press me into getting something I wasn’t happy with! He has a lifetime customer in me and my family! Also, the financing with Randy Jenkins was easy, smooth and great! Love Van’s!

My experience with Van's Honda was quite literally the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. (No lie!) First, everyone is so nice, and welcoming, greeting you, and holding the door for you! Second, my salesman was Kevin Sweig. He asked me a few basic questions first. Then, once I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, it was almost like he read my mind. He showed me THE car! I drove it, and knew I wanted it. Third, it was a busy Saturday; Kevin was checking in with me frequently and updating me on the process. I appreciated that, as in the past, (at another dealership), the salesman would disappear, and/or not update me, or give me any idea of where the process was at. Kevin really takes the time with you, (from start to finish)to make sure you are happy, and answers all of your questions. I could not be happier than I am right now with Kevin, Van's Honda, and Dawn in the Finance Dept. She was amazing as well! She took the time to go over the paperwork, warranty information and answered all of my questions. I would most definitely recommend Kevin and Van's Honda to anyone! Thanks again Kevin, I love my new(to me) 2018 Honda Crv EX-L!!!

Recently purchased a brand new car from Van's Honda and the customer service was beyond my expectations. Our sales consultant was Sam Van Dong and he was so kind and caring. He was so patient and understanding with us and answered all of our questions appropriately. We also worked with Randy Jenkins and he was extremely helpful and kind. My husband and I felt as if Sam and Randy were long time friends. Haha. Towards the end of our visit, a gentleman named Clark came to chat and he was equally as kind and welcoming. Just bought my first new car at Van’s Honda! Love my new Honda Insight hybrid. We are now a two Insight family. My purchase was stress-free. Jim, Chad, and Clark were helpful at every step. The incentives and financing they brought to the table made it even easier to make my decision on a price I’m really happy with. When gas prices go back up, I’ll be sitting pretty. The car is comfortable and beautiful. And best of all? It’s a Honda.
