I’ve lived here since September of 2020 and I have loved every minute of it. I’ve lived in a few other apartments that are priced similarly and this one is by far the best. The manager Tiffany is great at her job and is very friendly. No complaints.

Christy and the team at Vantage at Coventry have been amazing to work with as we moved back to Omaha! A brand new apartment community that is dog friendly WITH private dog yards attached to your apartment is just what our family needed while we build a new home. We highly recommend this community at 204 & Q with easy access to Omaha and Lincoln!
It will be nice when the security gates are operating. The security is one of the advertised amenities. I’ve had keys taken from my vehicle and I suspect it wasn’t done by a resident. Lots of non resident or short term resident traffic flowing through the property. It’s been 1 years and still no gates.
These apartments are beautiful and have so much to offer. Love knowing we are the first to have lived in them.. they are dog friendly and the neighbors so far are friendly. We originally met Larisa when we looked at Stone Creek apartments and was excited to see her at the Vantage apartments. She is great to work with, always willing to help, and very responsive. Hoping she stays at the vantage location because I dont know what I would have done without all of her help!
We have just moved in and it has been a bit rocky. I will update the review as needed. No garage yet. Move-in seemed to be a surprise though we had a signed lease for 9-19 and had paid for it as of 9-17. Met the maintenance lead and he had some great answers. There needs to be a move-in packet with locations of things in the complex, garbage service explanation, maintenance contacts, gate operation schedule, emergency contacts, utility services, handicap accessibility, phone apps available, explanations of package delivery procedure etc. Also because it is new the address isn't findable by delivery services. March Update: After the office burned down we have seen no amenities added or reopenned and the mail and package deliveries are still chaotic. Each service UPS USPS and FedEx follows an inconsistent plan. Depending on the driver a package may end up on the center table in the "mailroom" in clear view of everyone, or they are dropped off at the office, sometimes delivered to the building entry door and sometimes to the apartment. The trash service has gotten a bit smoother. There has been a manager change, the new one has more maturity but the front line agents still lack the understanding that this us a residence and not just a place to be. Garages are a premium with some occupied by community admin for their own use. No recommendation still. Rents are too high for what you get.
For a brand new community I would expect much better. Poor quality finishes for an “upscale” property. You have to search the property for a construction dumpster for your trash as there are no other receptacles. Our unit was not even cleaned prior to our move in. The response from management was “the construction crews clean up when they are done”. Anyone that knows a construction crew knows that isn’t “clean”. The pool is nice and they are pet friendly which is the only reason for 2 stars. Very unimpressed and regret the decision to move here.
