Great overall experience! From transaction to turning in our keys, the process was very smooth and easy. The realty company was responsive and very kind. The condo building was very nice and right on the beach. The condo unit was very spacious, very clean, very well kept. The kitchen was fully equipped, very large with modern appliances. Really nice furnishing with beautiful decore throughout. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. Big screen flat panel TVs in all rooms was a major plus. Bathrooms were all clean and beautiful. The building is conveniently located along the boulevard so it's near all the shops and restaurants. We had no issues with the place and the welcoming package from the owner was a really nice touch and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and orderly. We got a welcome basket that helped with many little necessities that we didn’t need to purchase. The management people were responsive when we had a question. Parking was great! I will rent from this place again!

The property we rented was amazing. A beautiful new home with all the space we needed. Excellent location. Parking was great. We loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and were spacious. The main floor of the house was gorgeous. Large kitchen, large dining table, 2 decks, comfortable furniture. It doesn't get better! The customer service that Vantage gave me was top notch! We will be back!
