Thank you for going the extra mile during the pandemic. My Smoat Pasito battery died during work for home had to find a local replacement. I called a few minutes after close, Vape Genius had it in stock and available for pickup. I appreciate the extra effort!

Good customer service but they won’t answer their phone. They were out of a certain ecig coil I need and I can’t call ahead to see if they restocked it yet. Also, there’s only one worker there most of the time and they focus on one customer. My visit took forever because the customer in front of me asked tons of questions while I knew what I wanted and just wanted to get what I needed and leave. Not a great experience.

Great and amazing place to do shopping. Always clean and comfortable surroundings in the store. Friendly and kind staff. Very knowledgeable. Will not go any other place! Highly recommend to friends and family that vap!
