It says open at 9am. Me and another customer are sitting here and it hasn’t opened, it’s 6min after. Need to change the hours on google or find good help(which I understand). But I will take my money elsewhere now.

Sold defective device, was told by staff not able to exchange. They said owner is not available, and I have to come back when he is here.

Got two puff bars from here. The first one being the puff glow mint chip after trying in store tasted fine but once left the store after a couple hits tasted burnt instantly. The second being a regular melon ice puff bar. I didn’t try this in store because I was gonna wait till after the puff glow ran out to open but once that one tasted burnt after a few hits I opened the second one. This melon ice tasted burnt on first hit right after opening. I called and told employee and he said I can’t return since I left the store without trying it but why would I open two at the same time. So keep in mind trying the products before leaving (no matter the amount you get try every one) because they did not mention their policy of once you leave the store you can’t return. WASTE OF MONEY for something I threw away after one hit. I would advise buying from another location.

I have tried hard to like this place. On the outside it seems like a big shop with lots of selection. Underneath younwill find a staff of young men who are short and rude if that. The owner doesnt order consumables like tanks and coils quick enough so they are often out. It isnt their fault WPB sucks as far as vape shops, this is just a run of the mill one.
