Everything they do is amazing! You're gonna want to sit down for hours and talk about ideas and goals! Their cabin designs will help make your dreams come true! After coming up with a design, they went thru every procedure that was needed to make the build come together bas quickly as possible! After picking the right spot and sticking with the plan, it was quickly built in a couple of weeks! Without deviation from the plans and hiring only laborers and a contractor that can follow Thomas and Vivian's advice it was done swiftly and neatly!

I had a devastating experience ordering a yurt for my backyard from Eagle Log Cabins - Viv and Tom on Vashon Island. The yurt continued to be delayed and delayed, ultimately by about 9 months. But they had reassured me again and again that it takes only 4 days to set it up - and their products have never taken longer than 6 days. I hired a team to help me set it up based on their reassurances, budgeting to pay their time for one week. Tom came and stayed at my house for 10 days, and the entire thing was a disaster. Now, it's been 5 weeks, and set up of the yurt STILL has not been completed. It's taking my team about 6 weeks to do it, which is ridiculous, and my team has agreed that we should have just built it on our own, without paying an enormous amount (22k) to Eagle Log cabins for this product. Overall, I am having to spend an ADDITIONAL 15K to get this product set up that I was not expecting -- so the total cost of this small backyard yurt is 40,000 - outrageous. And Eagle Log cabins will not reimburse me for any of this, and has stopped returning messages. It feels important to let any future customers be aware about this so that if they do decide to go forward with this company, they can plan to budget pretty much double what they initially end up paying Viv and Tom.
