The best decision I have made was to quit seeing a therapist and instead take riding lessons at Westside Stables. Observing the owner's, CiCi Carson, relationship with her horses is awe inspiring. I learned about the history of horsemanship and native plants. Not only did I save , I toned my core, developed horsemanship and riding skills and learned how to relax and enjoy ‘being in the moment’. Riding and working with horses helped me control my anxiety and gain the confidence I needed to make life decisions. So much better than sitting in a stuffy room with a therapist who is pretending to have the knowledge and wisdom to heal. Thank you CiCi!

I love riding at Westside Stables! Cici is an excellent teacher with many years of experience and a deep intuition about the nature of horses. All of her horses love their work & will come right up to you when it's time to go riding. It is a true pleasure learning to ride at Westside Stables.
THE BEST Riding stables on Vashon Island! Very hard to find correct, quality instruction for young riders and CiCi is a pro. I love that she teaches Horsemanship as well as riding. Best of all she has many sweet, happy, healthy school horses. I refer people to Westside Stables all the time.
