The lady I spoke on the phone kept giving me the run around she told me she was going to go check out the place then she told me she was going to get a vendor to call me then I called her today and she tells me that the place is too small and that she called me which is all lies she never called me not once not professional at all and rude and arguing with customers is a no no ‼️‼️‼️‼️
The machines and customer service we receive is wonderful and very professional . She comes every week and always asks if everything is great. Everyone in the office and the shop loves the new technology that she add to the machine. If you don't have change there is an app called Pay Range were you load money onto your account to purchase a soda or a snack just by activating your Bluetooth on your cell phone. We are extremely pleased with the service she has give us in these past few months!
