I brought my laptop here because a calendar kept popping up to the right side of my laptop every 10-15 minutes it would flash on and off all the time and because my laptop was slow. the young one-man owner charged me 100 and it wasn't fixed. Same problem with the calendar and speed of the laptop. I brought it to a friend and they found out that Skype was running in the background of the laptop and took that off. My laptop now runs back to much quicker and they found the calendar was set up to show every 15 minutes and checked off the event to on-event.\ That took care of both problems and my trustworthy smart friend didn't charge me a dime. This young man at Computer Tech did not listen to the problem and is not a good listener and therefore didn't troubleshoot properly. I'm sad to say, I was taken for 100.oo. I won't go back.
great service and very fast
Brought my laptop in thinking it was going to cost me hundreds to get all the viruses off. I got it back the next day it was running better then it did when I bought it! The price was reasonable and affordable and a lot less then buying new PC. Fast, honest and easy service. Will be returning for any future problems.
Very helpful with my computer questions. It great to know they do Macs as well as PCs.
