Visited Venice store for first time. Had a good time perusing the items w/ Christian who explained w/enthusiasm the new items as well as answered any questions regarding the bags and tote organization insert. I bought the tote insert and the baby alpaca shawl in Navy.

I love Cuyana, I own several of their products in all categories. Quality, style and craftsmanship is excellent. I recommend this store for anyone looking for a timeless addition to their wardrobe that is produced responsibly. Their Abbot Kinney store has limited selection, the staff was super nice and helpful but a little bit intense for someone who enjoys shopping alone.

Really loved the look of their products and purchased a leather tote for work. Unfortunately, I spilled baby formula on it and even though I tried to clean it, the bag was stained. I’m not the first mom to have formula spill and have other leather bags. Nothing like this has happened before. I went to their store and asked how to try and fix it and bought a cleaner they suggested. That didn’t work. Went back to the store and the girls answer was to keep soaking the bag. It seems like the quality is just not there. Was going to buy the tech carry-all but not anymore! Disappointed.

We bought a beautiful bag to have monogrammed for a Christmas gift and 20 minutes after we typed in the initials, we realized the initials were wrong. When we called customer service immediately after hitting submit for the order, they told us there was nothing they could do about the error and the order was already processed. Very disappointed in the customer service as these are expensive bags and now the monogram is wrong.
