I highly recommend GMan Home Watch. Barbara and George are true professionals who always go the extra mile. They are conscientious, trustworthy, and detail-orientated. They are very responsive and provide phenomenal service based on my needs. I can’t imagine leaving for the summer without having the GMan team watching and caring for my home. They are simply the best and offer me absolute piece of mind while I am away.

With little notice, this company stopped service. Very disappointed in their ability to help out-of-town investors. Now looking for a replacement home watch service one day before we leave the area. UPDATE FOLLOWING KEY RETURN: Me: \Hi George.\ George: \You have a lot of nerve...\ It went downhill from there. Unprofessional shouting match in the driveway. Maybe he was having a bad week; I know I was frustrated. I would increase the star rating to three because they were helpful when it was profitable for them but the system would let me change the star rating. It was easier than expected to find a new quality service provider as there are numerous licensed, bonded, and insured vendors in the area. Sure glad this happened when we were here; it would have been much more difficult to pull off from out of state. I wish them well, regardless.
I would like to highly recommend George Martinez of G-Man Home Watch for your home watch company. George and his wife are retired FBI agents and after interviewing George last spring we knew he was our man. We were extremely impressed for the following six months that George reported to us weekly on our residence with a detailed report and check off list, along with pictures. We look forward to continuing our relationship with G-Man home watch in the future.

G-man are always courteous, pro-active, responsive and provide us with total peace of mind, allowing us to easily manage our Florida property from New Jersey with no worries. Their attention to detail (thorough checklist/pictures, service/repair recommendations, storm preparation and personalized service) is second to none. Our renters have also expressed their appreciation to us that our home is being actively monitored. Hiring G-man to continue to check our home and perform ongoing maintenance (ex. flush A/C, inside and outside inspections, etc.) and relay any rental questions/concerns has been invaluable. George and Barbara are passionate about their business and as conscientious and particular as we are about our home.
