Pod was delivered on-time, by a driver who first blocked our car, then damaged the gutter on the house. Very bad attitude through the entire encounter. Once filled, the pick-up was timely and professional (like night & day!) As we were moving out of state I asked that the pod be delivered & stored near the location we anticipated moving only to find out later, delivery would not be offered to us from that location. I was expected to start a NEW contract and pay all over again just to get my items delivered, or come with a truck and unload it on-site. After many phone calls and emails I finally got a representative to contact me. Many unanswered emails & calls later, and the threat to take my issue public, I was finally given a delivery date, along with a significantly higher final bill than had initially been quoted. Since we were exasperated by this time, living with our belongings in hostage by PODS for over a month, we agreed to the fee and a delivery was scheduled. I will say that the drivers we encounter (other than the initial delivery) were all very pleasant, professional, on-time, and should be commended for their representation of the PODS company. While I hoped that contracting with this company would help decrease the stress of a long distance move, unfortunately it was my biggest headache & heartache. I am very thankful to finally have my things (at a cost, monetarily & emotionally). Would I do it again? No! As expensive as this was, I should have just hired a professional mover.

We had the Pod empty and ready for pick-up a week prior to the end of our monthly contract. I called to schedule the pick-up and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I couldn't wait that long so I tried again later with the same result. I decided to go online to schedule the pick-up based on the recorded prompt to do so, and the only available dates were past my month end deadline. I was eventually billed for another months rent and insurance for an empty Pod that they didn't have time to pick-up. After finally getting ahold of customer service - I was "Guaranteed" someone would contact me within 48 to 72 hrs. and 8 days later I'm still waiting.

Don't use pods pricing isn't clear, customer service was horrible, overcharged beyond what my quote was, very unprofessional

Polite and professional. I was assisted over the phone with my initial order and had every question answered. The driver arrived at a reasonable time and walked me around the Pod explaining everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend!!

Didn't think I'd have a good moving experience because of so many horror stories but PODS was great. I shipped from IL to Rotunda West, FL. Nothing damaged, delivery was prompt, communication was great the whole way. The experience could not have been improved- I mean, I guess they could have showed up with a pizza and a six pack for moving day, but that would probably be it.

You have to pay attention to your staff, I come to pick up some containers and your employee, a man with long hair and glasses, leaves with bad skills, if he is not in the attitude of working, he should not be serving the public. Att.Truck Driver
