Very friendly staff in a very cool ambiance where you can shopp for shoes, sunglasses or just stop by for a special coffee. I had a vanilla coriander coffee and I must say it is a very interesting combination of flavors. If you're in Venice, it worth the visit.

Had a great latte from a super friendly barista. It was great chat, just like the old days, and she poured some beautiful latte art. Store is small but extremely stylish and organized. Sunglasses and coffee in front, shoes in the back. Toms is a great brand and this store is a treasure.

Love their coffee!! I have bought a pair of Tom’s myself and they make a good alternative to casual dress shoes. Do not recommend for long walks or hikes.

Always fantastic service, great coffee, awesome aesthetic and collection of shoes and accessories. Staff are always eager to please and can arrange quick deliveries if they don’t have your size in store. Whenever I’m in Venice I make sure to stop at this TOMS, it’s iconic and a must visit.

TOMS have been a favorite since the first pair I owned. They're the most comfortable shoe on the market that I am willing to spend money on for my wide deformed feet, their shoe designs are all aesthetically pleasing, and they're a B Corp- all the right things I need as an informed consumer. I traveled all the way to the Venice flagship from Orange County, and left with four new pairs of TOMS, which I'd have done even if the staff hadn't been as delightfully wonderful as they all were!
