The doors were installed in November 2019. They were paid in full. They did not have the correct trim for the interior at the time and we were told they will get it done soon. After countless follow ups and reasons that they will come and get it done here we are in March and the trim is still not installed. Can’t even stand behind the promise they make! Just disappointed. I shouldn’t have trusted them and paid in full until the job was fully completed. I’ll change my review when they can come out and finish the job! Just could not recommend them to anyone anymore.

I try not to write negative reviews unless my experience was very bad. The only thing this \company\ lives up to is the Venom in its name. Christin Myers is one of the most rude and unprofessional suppliers I've ever worked with. She has a terrible attitude, lacks integrity and any sense of professional demeanor toward a customer, and she tends to goes off on customers in text messages full of hatred, vitriol and curse words. Will definitely not hire her again, and have made a point of recommending other door suppliers/installers to people looking for one. Filed a complaint with the BBB, but they won't post it even after I sent in copies of the horrendous text messages this business owner sent me with no valid reason.

I put half down last year 2019 and they kept pushing my install date back and now they told me because of COVID they are filing bankruptcy and can’t finish my door or refund my money.
