Hire this moving company! From the estimate to scheduling to the actual packing and moving, this mover is hands down the best I have ever encountered. Jeff was thorough when looking at what was to be moved. Jessica was great when scheduling and answering general questions about the move. Randy packed the things we did not pack ourselves and did a great job, he also planned logistics for the move day the next day. All of the movers arrived on time, were professional and worked together as a team. They were all calm, pleasant and very knowledgeable about moving large, heavy and awkward pieces. We had many high value, heavy pieces and they were handled carefully. We highly recommend them for a local or long distance move. And moving during the COVID19 situation, they all wore masks and were very attentive to health protocols regarding the virus. Very impressive team. Thanks for such a great job.

After receiving quotes from four different carriers, we selected Allstate Moving Systems for our full service move from California to Nevada. Stuart Siegel visited our home and made careful observations, asked questions about high value or fragile items, and was transparent about the estimate and schedule. On packing day, Randy and Brent ensured that all our household goods were properly wrapped and boxed. The next morning, Arnaldo, Angel, and Victor cheerfully negotiated our belongings through narrow spaces and stairs with considerable skill and speed onto the moving van. Our protected furnishings were completed loaded in just 4 hours. A week later, Brandon and Daniel delivered our household goods. They heroically lifted a large piece of furniture across a lawn and over a wall to prevent any damage to walls and doors. We even shared a laugh as they pieced together a puzzling entertainment unit with online instructions from our laptop computer. Brandon and Daniel made sure that all our furniture was assembled and in place, that boxes were stacked where we wanted, and all debris was cleared and loaded onto their truck. Our experience with Allstate Moving Systems, from the reasonable price to the friendly and professional staff, far exceeded our expectations.

We were moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. The initial consultation and pre-move went very smoothly. The actual move was a disaster. The move lasted one day longer than quoted, as a result we had to incur additional personal costs and personal hardship. When I spoke to the representatives during and after the move, the customer service support was less than poor. I paid a high premium with this company, thinking I would get superior service. But in the end, the move was near catastrophe.
