We had a beautiful experience at Kirby Subaru of Ventura! Robert Papandrea was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding and kind. I have not purchased a new vehicle since 2006 so there was a lot I needed help with in terms of understanding all the new technology in a new vehicle. My experience with Kirby Subaru was great. I only had a vague notion about what kind of car I wanted, a smaller size SUV. I had been test driving several different makes and models in the past few weeks. At Kirby Subaru I was given a lot of time to drive and to check out the features. I got a very fair trade in offer and was not pressured to make a decision that day. When I came back and wanted to test drive it again I was once again greeted with courtesy and ample time to drive again. I was respected and and treated with professionalism. Tim Miller was knowledgeable about my car and was thorough. I was able to drive away with confidence about how my car works and how to place the settings correctly for the information I wanted to see while I'm driving. I am very pleased with my car and my experience with Tim and Kirby Subaru.

Just purchased my first brand new car and had a fantastic experience! Francisco Velazquez did a great job helping me out with choosing a car . He was very patient kind and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that he went out of his way to even message me when my car was going to be there and if I had any other questions to not worry to message him he would be gladly there to answer them. I would highly recommend him such a trustworthy guy. So glad I went there, I left Kirby Subaru feeling happy with my purchase!
