I had seven prints that I needed framed and matted. They have a very large selection of custom frames and made up frames. And the person who does the framing and matting is always very helpful. I ordered my prints Matted and framed. I also got some colored markers. The only thing I didn't like is that it took way longer than it should of. I don't think the person helping me was that familiar with the matting and framing Department.

Michael's has the best items. You could spend hours in here. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and helpful. You do have to ask to be let into the bathroom. They also have a frame shop for framing pictures. Water fountains are so nice here and the silk plants jice variety. So many art supplies and stamps. Clean store.
Amazing customer service and an impressive speed on getting online orders ready. So impressed and pleased. Stock is iffy but that's to be expected when everyone is ordering online.
Awesome great customer service they have everything you need for the holidays. Whether its from decor or even fun projects for both adults and kids. Lines are long due to the holidays and also for the covid. Safety guidelines are being followed as should be customers are required to wear a mask. Fully stock and amazing deals
