Bought my first car and was helped out by Joe and his manager , AMAZING service!!! Joe really took the time to listen and help me get the kind of car that was perfect for me , he made sure to get everything I had on a check list and really explained the cars in detail that I would understand cause you know - we all don’t speak car language and let me tell you I LOVE my new 2020 accord. I would also like to thank Jen she really helped on getting us checked out and really Made sure we understood everything as well. Thank you Joe so much for helping me find the perfect car and for being so attentive and helpful , definitely would come back!

Just bought 2020 civic si sedan. Extremely pleased with everything bout my purchasing experience. Salesman Frank Martin was excellent. Not pushy at all to \get the sale\ n was very willing to assist that the car covered all of my needs. Financing staff was great as well, getting me at an awesome rate. I've been \car shopping\ for bout a year now, to find exactly what i wanted / needed. Had my previous car for 13 years n over 200K n so I'm lil picky when it comes to cars but very pleased with my new ride. Exactly what I was looking for! Honda of Ventura is the best dealership I had experience at so far. This was the third vehicle we leased from Honda of Ventura and the service was excellent as always. I was exchanging Civic to CRV because of a new baby and the size of Civic was too small for a bigger family. I called Chris Toothman and he was able to go over new lease deal and details over the phone since we wanted to spend the least amount of time at the dealership due to COVID-19. I came to the dealership on the next day and my new car and the paperwork were ready. The whole process was completed in about half an hour. We are happy with the new purchase and the amazing service at Honda of Ventura. I would highly recommend to come there. I personally have to drive from Los Angeles to Ventura because my local dealership are horrible.
