I have been using the Van Gundy family for all of my jewelry purchases for at least 20 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and keep up with the latest trends. The quality of their inventory and service are unsurpassed. I could not recommend them more highly!
I went to Van Grundy to upgrade my husbands wedding ring. Tom was very helpful and discussed different rings. We decided that he would custom make a 24 karat gold ring. Tom made sure I knew what to expect regarding the ring and the process. The ring is absolutely perfect! I couldn’t be more excited to give it to my husband.

Our experiences at both locations have been excellent. Tom and Priscilla have gone above and beyond with my jewelry shopping. I was very happy with all of my purchases each time I have come as they are very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make my selections. There are no high pressure sales and in the end I was very happy with no regrets. I am a second generation Van Gundy buyer as my parents bought from Tom's father and were extremely happy throughout their shopping years.
Where do I start? Tom and his family are amazing!! To have walked in and immediately felt like family really does not do it justice. He made my fiancée and I feel comfortable, no pressure, and welcome the entire time. Tom educated us on types of diamonds, what defects/differences to look for, and made us feel like we were professional jewelers ourselves by the time we left the store. After leaving, Tom reached out a week later with no obligation but with compassion and care. We knew we had gone to the right place, we didn’t even consider seeking another jeweler at that point. During the design and processing phase, Tom stayed in contact with me the entire time. He attended to my needs and concerns during production. The final product was flawless and couldn’t have asked for anything better. He along with the ring were perfect. Tom and his family made the process stress free and I would recommend anyone to seek his expertise. He holds a close place in our hearts and will forever be a part of our lives for what he has done for us. You’re the best Tom!!
Love this store. The Van Gundys know how to treat their customers. I have made a couple large purchases there and also have had some small repairs done over the years. Even if they haven’t seen me in a while, they treat me like family. They will clean and check any jewelry that I have. I also have high confidence in their integrity and professionalism. Best jewelry store in town.
Priscilla was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. She made me very confident and comfortable in my decision to buy. She made herself readily available to answer any of my questions day or night. There was never any up-selling or bamboozling - which I really appreciated - I was never made to feel stupid or inept.
