The owner told me it would be 100, parts and labor, to repair my vacuum. He stated that the vacuum would be ready in a few days. True to his word he called me in a couple days. I went to pay for it and he said he had had found the part for cheeper and it was only 80. He could have charged me the 100 and I would never had known. He didn't. Honestly and integrity. I appreciate that in someone who runs a service business. Times are hard right now and he saved me money.
