We purchased a mobile home from Grandview Estates about four years ago. The service was very good the quality of the home was good and it was delivered and installed exactly as expected. We have had several service issues since then and Grandview Estates has handled them promptly and professionally. I recommend Grandview Estates if you’re in the market for a mobile home or modular home.
Just shopping. We didn't buy anything, but they have a small selection of RVs (10 to 20), a few destination and park trailers, a nice selection of modular homes and mobile homes and a huge showroom filled with furniture. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I don't know if they have competitive prices or not because we were mostly window shopping so we never discussed prices,but their selection is worth looking at.
I unloaded furniture there so if your looking to furnish your new home this would be the place to buy some
Initially, our experience with Grandview Estates was pleasant one. Although after 3 weeks we discovered mold on the exterior of our NEW home. We have been trying for the last 8 months to resolve this situation, to no avail.
