I love this place. Very easy to work with. They have everything I need for my kitty. She's 16 and is on prescribed food. I have auto delivery . Every time an auto delivery arrives I also recieve points towards my next.

I love Petco but the condition of these animals is horrid. No fresh water, no fresh food, geckos and bearded dragon on sand, surrounded by feces, crickets running inside the enclosure (crickets have been known to eat your pets if you don't remove them after they're done eating), feeders in poor conditions and a ball python I've been keeping an eye at for nearly two weeks, it has stuck shed and stuck eye caps (if eyes caps are stuck can cause permanent damage and blindness to snakes.) I understand you might wanna save these animals but in the end you're giving the company money, encouraging this behavior in both the company and employees and unfortunately put another animal in these God awful conditions, please go to local pet shops they actually care about the animals.

I ordered the Fluval 407 aquarium filter, usually 200, and received a 25% discount for ordering online and picking up in the store. That brought the price down to 150, which is an incredible deal! Once in the store, it only took a moment for the friendly Petco staff to locate and give to me the filter, and I was on my way. So easy and quick!

Received a confirmation when the order was placed followed by an email that it was ready to be picked up about an hour later. When I drove up I called the number given and an employee walked out with the order minutes later. First time pickup for us at Petco and I appreciate the ease and promptness. Petco made it more than easy!
