Verde handled a lighting replacement project that spanned our entire 113 unit condo complex and our 3 story garage. The project was focused on replacing our old lighting fixtures with LED energy efficient fixtures. They replaced outside lighting, garage lighting, and indoor lighting. The next fixtures look great and work perfectly. Our building is now saving 20% on our electric cost monthly due to the switch out of these lighting fixtures. Verde was easy to work with and always easy to get a hold of during normal business hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering energy efficient projects, especially lighting projects. They replaced over 300 fixtures. They kept us informed of next steps and what to expect. We even had difficult to reach lights that required a cherry picker, this was not an issue for Verde.

Of the dozens of contractors I work with Verde is the best. They helped us through the ComEd incentives, assessed our lighting, suggested great LED equipment, installed on time, with great quality and followed through with the cumbersome closeout work. Of the hundreds of fixtures they installed we only had one go bad in the first 18 months and they replaced it quickly. Sydney and Kevin were rock stars! These guys are the best!
We experienced a professional, well thought out and executed upgrade to the latest lighting fixtures. The new fixtures make it look so bright in our office. Its amazing what a difference brighter lights can make. They go on and off based on where people are positioned along with movement, and take into account the amount of daylight streaming in from windows. We love that these lights have given our office an updated look as if we've remodeled. The staff was knowledgeable and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was complete. Verde Energy replaced about 75% of our school building's lights. We are a tiny non-profit Montessori school on Chicago's south side, housed in about 30,000 square feet that was using WW2 lighting. Verde Energy was extremely professional in every part of their interactions with us - from educating us on their products and procedures, to walk through meetings and installation. Verde has also been very proactive in providing educational materials for our students in regards to energy. Highly recommend Verde Energy to small and large businesses, and especially schools.
We had Verde Energy complete a LED upgrade in our church facility. Everything from the beginning to the end was done in a efficient professional manor. Sales, install and office staff were helpful and accommodating. They met our timetable and worked with us well. We would highly recommend working with them.
