Terrible customer service during a pandemic on a weekend . when I called they told me they are way too busy to help me and that I could drive in if I wanted help , then laughed when I said I work Monday through Friday and this was my one day to call in. I work in healthcare during a pandemic , there is nothing funny about not being able to help customers . Reps name is Tre and he hung up when I asked to talk to a manager. Interesting way to treat customers who hold money in your bank. I'll go with BECU

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Verity Credit Union for 7 or 8 months now. I find them, to a person, to be the most helpful, caring people that I have ever encountered in a banking environment before. They go out of their way to solve any issues that may be bothering me, to help - in great detail - when I need advice. To me their bank is definitely a FIVE STAR ️ ️️️️ Credit union / bank!!

I switched to Verity after the financial crisis and could not have been happier to have done so. There are some pretty bad reviews on here, but I've found everyone at Verity to be extremely personal, friendly, and go out of their way to provide good service. They now are my only banking service and I would recommend them to everyone. They provide all financial services, listen to feedback, and continually improve upon fantastic service.
