I made the mistake of ordering the wrong Phone and had to call the next day to fix it and they were so helpful! When I was able to pick it up, Alise was great with adding a new line and she wasn’t pushy! She listened to my needs and didn’t try to up sale anything I didn’t ask for or didn’t want. She did offer a better plan for the same price (promotion) which was very kind of her. Kept her calm when the system shut down and very professional. (I drove from New Jersey for the customer service!)
