Forgot login password. I was already lock out of phone and manager locked me out of his tablet so he couldn't help me. Customer service puts me on eternal hold. District manager in jeans supposed to help me. Held Customer at counter until I left. I have no one to talk to with Verizon. Forced to go to another carrier. Lack of education. Unprofessional, dressed in old clothes. Failure to direct me to professional help. Both are off the street

No accessories for my phone and the guy did not even know nothing about my new Samsung note 20. They are not friendly at all!
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My jetpack and tablet were both due for upgrades. I had no idea! I found out what I originally went in to ask and walked away with 2 new, stronger items that I didn't even know I qualified for! Woohoo!
Nick was extremely knowledgable & friendly. Very patient with my lack of technical knowledge & know-how. He took his time explaining everything in a way I could understand and was very accommodating with my boyfriend and me. He never once made us feel as though we were wasting his time & is the prime example of customer service at its finest!
