I simply came into the store to look for a casing for my new iPhone and was greeted by Manny, one of the employees here at this store. He was super courteous, friendly and helpful with my selections. His customer service pedigree was excellent. The store is very clean and tidy, the employees followed the COVID mask wearing guidelines, and the store was conveniently located off of Founders Parkway. I highly recommend this stores to others.

One employee. Need more people to help. Was given a response from go wireless to call. I did and left a message. They have not called back and I don’t expect they will. Seems like Verizon does not care about their customers. Thinking of changing carriers.

Poor service took forever to set up new phones. Sheryar was great but the manager was rude and unprofessional.

Had no problem writing us a new contract but when my wife's phone didn't switch because of a simple sim card concern they gave us a number and pushed us out the door. 3 hours later after contacting verison directly they solved the simple problem. Simply go to a corporate store, not a retailer that just sells them.

I would give this store a zero if I could. Very rude to their customers. No communication what so ever. They don’t even know how to order their own product the right way. Very disappointed in our experience. Would not recommend anyone go to this store if you don’t want to be treated like trash.
