Destiny Pearson

Dan did an amazing job. He spent over two hours making sure I was happy and not only setting up my new phone on the plan but trying to fix my old one and also sitting on the phone with Apple doing everything he could to help me. This was definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at Verizon let alone any phone provider. You are lucky to have him and I’m lucky I was able to get someone who really cared! Thank you Dan!

I went to the Verizon Store nearby and was so impressed. Isaiah was wonderful ! My previous experience with the people at Verizon was quite negative but I was very impressed with Isaiah. He took time to explain things and answer all my questions. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I wish all your employees were this good. He was able to fix my phone and reduce my monthly payment. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Dan and his staff are excellent. He offered.me options for.the best replacement of.my phone and.tablet. Even encouraged return 2.days later to maximize options. Soooooo appreciated. Dan and.his staff are very knowledgeable, able to translate the tech language and optimize what I needed.on my phone. Very...very pleased. All staff were respectful and humorous...wonderful traits.when stressed over phone issues.. my phone was totally functional and.specific.to my needs as I walked out the door. Highky.recommend.
