I stopped into the store to check out my options for a phone upgrade and was immediately greeted by Aaron. What a great experience - Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! He listened to what I was looking for and I ended up with the best new iPhone option for me. He was extremely patient in helping to get my new iPhone set up (also helping with my old iPhone backup), and also made sure all my pictures and apps were available and ready to use on the new phone. He took time to show me all the new features and made sure I knew how to use the new iPhone. Aaron gave me his undivided attention, and really provided excellent customer service. I would give Aaron 10 stars if I could! This is definitely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a mobile device!
