I went in to get help so I can pay off my phone & get out of my verizon account so i can change to a different carrier. I waited for awhile & when the lady asked what i was in for i explained and then she told me that i could pay off my phone & do all that with the new carrier. so i went over to the new carrier just to get told that it was completed false that i had to do it with verizon(just what i thought). he even told me that the lady was probably just trying to kick me out of the store or that she doesn’t know what she’s doing. so i just wasted my time going from store to store.

I have gone to this location multiple times and every single time I leave more confused and more frustrated that they were unable to help me with something that the other stores or technical support over the phone seems to find no issue with solving. This place is close to home so I figure that stopping by in person and actually speaking with someone is my best bet but this Go wireless location has proven time and time again to be useless. Even when just trying to purchase things. Will definitely not be coming back to have my time wasted again... lesson learned
