Came here to transfer from att prepaid to Verizon for better coverage. Jordan, the only representative at the time, went the extra mile in customer respect and with his experience we were able to resolve an rather unusual problem in regards to my activation. Kudos!
I hardly ever review places but 12/10 worth it. Joshua was super awesome the whole time I was there, he's very friendly and helpful and honestly he turned my horrible (and uncomfortable!) phone day into a REALLY great one. He has a great sense of humor and an A personality. I'd give all the stars if I could but I suppose I'll settle for the max 5 :) Also, side note: this was the closest store to me at the time but its a little far from my house. Definitely will make the journey here for anything I need though!!! THANK YOU JOSHUA!!! You rock :)
I had the best experience because of Joshua W. He went well over above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He even stayed an hour after closing to help me set up my new phone, and took the time to find a way for me to get the phone accessory I wanted even though it was sold out online and in store! THE MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!
