We were in this store and got two new phones. Robert was so wonderful, helped us with all of our questions. We didn't have to wait very long and the store was very clean. We have been with Verizon for about 20 years and this is the best service we have every received. Go see Robert, he has excellent customer service skills! Thank you again Robert.

Even tho they are a verizon authorized retailer, if you need to get support on your phone or need help with your account? They will have you call the *611 instead, but the issue is that you can't get connected with a rep! Only option is to go to the VZ website and talk to someone on your computer or on the app and they aren't very much help.
