They’re a retailer so heads up. I got charged a fee because they “set up my phone” even though it was stuff, I was told after, I could’ve done online. Other than that, service fine

Do not waste your time. I placed an online order for pickup here through Verizon, I was supposed to be able to pick it up the next day. Showed up during business hours to see the store closed and a \be back in 10min\ sign on the door. Waited for over an hour while trying to contact the store and the main Victra customer service number. Finally, one of the employees showed up for their shift and informed us that no one had showed up this morning and that it has been an ongoing problem. When he finally was able to look up my order, he was able to see it but was not able to finish the transaction without a manager (mind you, I had already paid online and had the receipt). I then proceeded to call the store over the course of two days to figure out what the problem was. No one answered the phone. Now I'm wasting even more time on the phone with Verizon just trying to get the order cancelled and reordered. If I could give them a zero I would. Their only redeeming quality was the guy who actually did show up to work was a nice kid.

Really amazing service. My old iPhone died and it was challenging to get the new phone all hooked up but they were so helpful every step of the way and were super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Brandon was short handed. He had four customers in front of him. The guy never panicked. He took care of everyone and have the entire store laughing with my help. J/k. He did have a great personality so it was worth the wait. Made you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this store.
