We have five people in our family and over the years we must have bought 25 iPhones from the Verizon store in Concord on Oak Grove. The service there has always been great and recently I went in because my glass iPhone screen protector had cracked and Billy put a new one on for free. Thanks Billy! You guys are the best!

I had an awesome experience at this store. I went in to get a new sim card and transfer files from my old phone to my new phone. Billy was a HUGE help and just super friendly. I can't recommend this store enough and the next time something happens with my phone this is where I'll be heading.
The service is even faster than advertised! Upload speeds are also even higher than download speeds. Setup was super simple. Love love love them.
Nabil “Billy” was amazing. We had went to a couple places and they wouldn’t help us but he definitely went above and beyond and helped us with all our questions and the services we needed. He is patient and very kind. Wished more people were like him.
Each and every time I’ve gone into the store Nabil has been spectacular. He is quick to answer your questions and is a pleasure to work with. Definitely gets thumbs up from me
