The National Music Museum was quite impressive! We visited several times last summer and spent several hours in the facility. It has a distinctly old feel but in a great way. We discovered musical instruments that we had no idea existed. Some of them were as large as rooms! There were also some displays that provided instruction and examples with regards to the construction of wooden musical instruments and that was quite educational. Very highly recommended!

I really enjoyed getting to visit this museum as I am a big music lover and am fascinated by the history of music and instruments. This museum even had a few instruments that I did recognize, which was fascinating to learn about for the first time. They have an awesome self-guided audio/video tour. They also have some famous artists instruments and movie props. I think this museum is a must see for anyone who likes music!

Definitely a must-see for any music lover. We went with our three daughters who also loved learning about all the instruments. Staff was genuinely pleasant. We loved it!

World Class selection of instruments. Everything from 500 year old lyres to a Marlin guitar used 29 times. Unique gifts and great service.

Went to see it again before it closes for an addition and renovation project. Looking forward to seeing the new displays when it reopens.

We visited this on a day trip and immediately fell in love with it! There is do much to do and learn about music, how it has evolved through the years and what it's like in other cultures. Our kids love museums and this is one of their favorites!

Please check this place out. Their ingenious billboards convinced my wife and I to make an unscheduled stop on our road trip. Inside is an impressive collection of musical history. The audio tour provided an individualized experience and seeing the progression of instrumental history was fascinating. Give yourself enough time to really enjoy what's here, several hours ideally.
