I went to lewis and vern to get some co2. I had to put out 200 hundred dollars for a co2 tank they did specify that I was buying or renting the tank so now that I don't have any more use for the tank and no returning it or refund my 200 dollars and told me I need to sell on the internet wich is so wrong and now stuck with there tank and that's not right I would not ever go back to deal with burn and loose it welding supply what a rip off

That place has it all. The place was very well organized. Seemed to have everything for your welding needs. Staff is very knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to help us get the right part that we needed. Convenient location and it also has other locations throughout the valley for even more convenience for others. Very reasonable priced and very good service. Products look solid and trust worthy.

I bought a welder here last year. I came in looking for a Lincoln but saw a new model, metal man, they had on display. Idk if they still carry this brand today but I had never heard of metal man before and was curious if it was any good. They let me grab my hood out of my car to try it out in the store. Their customer service is outstanding. The machine is still working great. I have used it for stick, mug and tig with great results for only 500.

I came for a simple gas exchange and just to see, tested the knowledge of these guys. I came to start an acct because the location is closest convenience to my shop. They passed with flying colors. When stumped by a question they had no answer to, they weren't too proud to ask a seniority co part for info. Something that isn't too common these days. Prices were very reasonable too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for tradesmen!

Great staff, young woman at front desk was helpful and pleasant. She gave me a complimentary level, thereby proving having to many of one tool is a physical imposibility, I kid, I kid..., and I expected to "pay through the nose" for what I needed but it was actually relatively inexpensive. Happy customer.

This Peoria location has friendly, knowledgeable employees. I have been to other locations for Vern Lewis and have not been treated as nice, but overall Vern Lewis is one of the better welding supply stores in town. Their prices on gas are usually better then other suppliers also.

Richard is the best!!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent customer service skills. If I cant find something there at the store he willingly calls the other Vern Lewis stores to help find what I'm looking for .
