Great uniform company!

Google needs to update the ratings for this company. I wouldn't recommencement this place to anyone. The moment our driver changed back in December, customer service went down the drain. He wouldn't deliver and mark us off as if we had received the items. Our fee was always a certain amount and at the end when we were trying for the last time to settle everything, they stated the fee was higher, wanting us to pay more for each of the weeks they had delivered to continue service. It took us about 7 months in which 5 of them they never delivered anything for us to finally say forget it we're moving on, go ahead and send your legal team after me as they threatened, since now they want us to pay a lil more than 4000 for braking contract, even though they never delivered, we have documentation the amount was changed after we tried settling and on several delivered items signatures were forged.

Horrible company. Been using them for quite a while and constantly billed for services never received, can never get in touch with sales rep or managers, and even after sending cancellation notice, they still will not return my call to stop services and pick up their stuff.

If I could give this company zero stars .. That would be too much. Do not do business with them . They don't care about anything. After they got you in a contract.. I've had my service go up twice this year and it's going up in October for their annual price increases. Good luck getting someone on the phone. No customer service skills. No call back from management. Been calling for weeks.

very poor customer service, you promise that you will fix your problem uniforms and just let it go, they change uniforms damaged by another equal and different size
